DL Custom is always looking for new ways to make our customers happy. Whether that involves a new process to manufacture our products or an entirely new product to keep up with a changing marketplace, we want to do what's best to ensure that DL Custom is foremost in its field.



As of November of 2008, we have introduced a dry powder coating process to our fabrication process. This change will serve two purposes. Firstly, it is much more environmentally friendly than wet paint applications. We can now paint our products without doing any harm to the environment and without having to use or dispose of chemical solvents. Secondly, powder coatings are much more durable than paints applied in wet form. The baked powder has a higher resistance to damage and is longer lasting than wet paints.

A new line of products called DeskWorx has us very excited. This product line is designed for trading floors and has a number of user friendly add-ons that make it a winner for any application. From desktop connectivity for all manner of computer accessories such as USB ports and audio inputs or outputs to multiple monitor arm supports that integrate with the desk design, we are positive you'll find much to like about DeskWorx.
